Step 1 – Turn Your FlexBeam On

Begin your FlexBeam therapy session by turning the device on. Simply press and hold the ON button to get started.

Step 2 – Select the Program

FlexBeam offers three unique Programs, each designed to target different depths within your body. Choose the program that best aligns with your specific needs:

  • For surface-level concerns, opt for Program RED (1) with a recommended cycle length of 10 minutes.
  • If you’re targeting areas up to 2 cm deep (approximately 3/4 of an inch), select Program DUAL (2) for a 10-minute cycle.
  • For deeper issues within the body, go with Program INFRA (3), also with a 10-minute cycle.

To make the best choice, consider how deep you feel the issue resides in your body.

Step 3 – Position Your FlexBeam

With FlexBeam, you have the flexibility to place it wherever you need, provided you follow the necessary safety precautions. You can choose from various positions to optimize the therapy.

Step 4 – Start the Application

Initiate your therapy session by pressing the PLAY button once. Should you need to pause the session, simply press PLAY again.

Step 5 – Stop/Continue the Application

Each therapy cycle lasts for 10 minutes. Once a cycle is complete, FlexBeam will automatically pause for a few minutes before turning itself off. At this point, you can remove the device from your skin or move it to another area of your body to continue the session.

  • If you wish to run another cycle with the same Program, press PLAY.
  • To change the Program, select 1, 2, or 3, depending on your desired depth, and then press PLAY.

Keep in Mind

While FlexBeam is safe to use, certain precautions are essential to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your therapy sessions:

  • Avoid placing FlexBeam on your head or face.
  • Do not look directly at the emitted light.
  • If using FlexBeam within 30 cm of your eyes, it’s recommended to wear protective goggles.
  • Refrain from placing FlexBeam directly over your heart for more than one cycle (10 minutes).
