Session A for Neck:

Duration: 10 minutes (Daily)

Step 1: Neck Muscle Focus

  • Position FlexBeam on one side of your neck, directly over your neck muscles.
  • Set FlexBeam to Program DUAL (2) and maintain it for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Switch and Repeat

  • Move FlexBeam to the other side of your neck, targeting the neck muscles again.
  • Continue using Program DUAL (2) for another 10 minutes.

Session B for Neck:

Duration: 30 minutes (Every Other Day)

Step 1: Repeat Session A Steps

  • Start by following the same steps as in Session A. Place FlexBeam on one side of your neck, set it to Program DUAL (2) for 10 minutes, and then switch to the other side for another 10 minutes.

Step 2: Add Upper Back Application

  • Change the Program to INFRA (3) and position FlexBeam on your upper back, near your shoulders.
  • Apply for 10 minutes.
