This guide will take you through two simple sessions, Session A and Session B, designed to help with recent or ongoing lower back concerns and improve your endurance.
Before You Start:
To make the most of your FlexBeam sessions, we recommend reading “When to Use Specific Applications” and “How to Use Your FlexBeam” for a clear understanding of FlexBeam usage.
Session A for Your Lower Back:
Duration: 20 minutes (Daily)
Step 1: Place FlexBeam
Put FlexBeam on your lower back, just across your waistline.
Step 2: Select Program and Hold
Set FlexBeam to Program INFRA (3) and keep it there for the first 10 minutes.
Step 3: Adjust and Continue
Without changing the Program, move FlexBeam lower, aiming at your sacrum area.
Keep using it for another 10 minutes.
Session B for Your Lower Back:
Duration: 30 minutes (Every Other Day)
Step 1: Repeat Session A Steps
Start with the same steps as in Session A. Place FlexBeam on your lumbar area, use Program INFRA (3) for 10 minutes, and then adjust it to target your sacrum area for another 10 minutes.
Step 2: Add an Upper Back Session
Switch the Program to DUAL (2) and position FlexBeam on your upper back, near your shoulders.
Apply for 10 minutes.
