FlexBeam red light therapy with safe usage guidelines.

The safe and responsible use of FlexBeam is important to ensure a positive therapeutic experience.

We are committed to your well-being and safety. Please carefully review the following warnings and cautions to maximize the benefits of your FlexBeam sessions while minimizing any potential risks.

Warnings and Cautions:

  1. Safe Operation: The primary responsibility for the safe use of FlexBeam lies with the user. If you notice any irregularities in its operation, cease use immediately and contact our customer support for assistance.

  2. Avoid Head Use: FlexBeam is not designed for use on the eyes, face, or any area on or around the head. Please refrain from placing it on your head.

  3. Eye Safety: Do not stare directly at the LEDs, and avoid using FlexBeam within 30 cm of your eyes. FlexBeam emits powerful invisible infrared light. In cases where light may escape directly into your eyes, it is advisable to use the provided safety goggles for protection.

  4. Pregnancy: The safety of using FlexBeam during pregnancy or childbirth has not been established. Exercise caution and consult with a healthcare professional if you are pregnant.

  5. Endocrine Glands: Avoid using FlexBeam over the thyroid gland and testes. FlexBeam is not intended to treat endocrine conditions.

  6. Cancer: Do not use FlexBeam over malignant tumors or any other tumors.

  7. Tan and Deep Skin Tones: While FlexBeam has been tested on various skin tones without reported adverse effects, it’s important to note that deeper skin tones readily absorb light. To exercise caution, limit exposure time to no more than 10 minutes in one area for individuals with deeper skin tones.

  8. Tattooed Skin: FlexBeam delivers intense light stimulation via LEDs. While it is generally safe, exercise caution when placing it over tattooed areas. For tattooed areas, it’s recommended to reduce exposure time (5 minutes in one place) or avoid placing FlexBeam directly over tattoos, especially if they are recent or extensively covered with dark ink.

  9. Burns: FlexBeam’s therapeutic effect is transmitted through light, not heat, and it does not cause burns to the skin. However, in rare cases of extreme skin sensitivity, redness or blistering may occur. If such a reaction occurs, discontinue FlexBeam use immediately and consult a physician.

  10. Undiagnosed Skin Conditions: If you have undiagnosed skin conditions, use caution when applying FlexBeam. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider before using the device.

  11. Usage Duration: Avoid prolonged use of FlexBeam over the same location.

  12. FlexBeam Presets and Body Locations: As a general guideline, consider using Program 3 for the back and Program 2 for the abdomen area. These recommendations can help you achieve optimal results.
