How does red light therapy work?

The working principle of red light therapy is the stimulation of the mitochondria, the organelles inside every cell in your body, which are responsible for producing energy in the form of a molecule called ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

What’s the difference between FlexBeam and a far infrared sauna?

The main difference between your experience using FlexBeam vs using an infrared sauna is that FlexBeam does not emit heat. 

FlexBeam uses red and near-infrared LEDs for maximum effects. An infrared sauna uses light of different wavelengths which also emit heat. The principle on which they work is quite different.
